ScribeAmerica
The largest medical scribe company in the US, with over 10,000 trained scribes
They offer in-person and virtual scribe programs for a variety of clinical specialties
Most say the scribe trainers for the preliminary online course were very good
Offers AI scribing services for providers
Hires care navigators: they explain medications and follow-up care, as well as identify vulnerable patients for referral to primary care options
Uniquely they also offer services to Vet clinics
BIG PRO: Many hospital/clinic locations available through Scribe America
*Check out my referral links in the story below if you want to apply to be a scribe through Scribe America
RevMaxx
A leading provider of medical scribe and transcription services, with a focus on improving healthcare efficiency
Only Virtual Scribes!
Also has AI services available for providers
Scribekick
Offers on-site and remote scribe services, including real-time services for remote scribes
Their scribes use a HIPAA-compliant platform that's accessible on mobile devices and computers
3 services: Virtual-only scribes, AI and virtual scribes, AI-only scribing
Like most scribe companies, it’s targeted toward helping providers
Provider's Choice Advantage
Offers on-site and virtual scribe services
They aim to improve care quality, efficiency, and productivity at facilities
They have a HIPAA-compliant facility for virtual scribes to work in instead of at home
On their website, they state they are ”striving for 100% accuracy” which in my opinion is a red flag (no scribe can be perfect!)
They also state shift coverage is guaranteed as they advertise themselves to providers (if your location is understaffed this means more pressure on scribes)
Uniquely hires patient transporters too
ProScribe
Hires on-site and virtual medical scribes
6-month minimum commitment
Great incentives for scribes include:
Recommendation letter from the Chief Medical Officer to include in your application to Medical, PA, Nursing, or other Professional school (provided eligibility rules are met)

Discounts on Kaplan Test Prep Courses
Discounts on MedSchoolCoach Admissions Counseling Services
Mock interview support
Eligible Individuals will be granted admission interviews with the American University School of the Caribbean School of Medicine (AUC) or Ross University School of Medicine (RUSM)
Granting admission interviews does not guarantee acceptance into AUC or RUSM
All ProScribeMD employees receive a free prep session with BeMo Admissions Experts to help them with the medical school admissions process such as applications, MCAT, and more
Scribe-X
Provides both in-person and virtual scribe services
Offers benefits such as:
GRE/MCAT fee reimbursements and free materials
Access to interviews with our medical school partners
